Shipping Policies
Please note: Some orders may arrive in multiple packages. Our stickers, greeting cards, and original artwork ship directly from our Michigan studio, while art prints, photo prints, apparel and other items are produced and shipped by our trusted printing partners.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after payment is received.
Processing times do not include shipping transit times.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship throughout the United States using USPS, UPS or other reputable carriers.
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Stickers, Cards and Original Artwork: 4-7 business days
- Art Prints and Apparel: 6-10 business days
International Shipping
We currently only ship to the US. This may change in the future.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@heartwerkshome.com.
- Include photographs of the item, packaging, damage and shipping label.
For lost packages:
- We will assist in filing carrier claims when applicable. Contact us at at customerservice@heartwerkshome.com.
- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Return Policies
Original Artwork
All sales of original artwork are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your artwork arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@heartwerkshome.com.
- Include photographs of the artwork, packaging, damage and shipping label.
Art Prints, Cards, Stickers and Apparel
All sales of art prints, cards, stickers, apparel and other items are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

We will do our best to make it right for you.
Order Cancellation Policy
Please be certain your order is accurate before placing, since many items get pushed to production within one hour. Please contact us immediately at customerservice@heartwerkshome.com if an order was placed in error. Once an order is in production, it cannot be canceled.
Original Artwork Policy
Each original artwork is one-of-a-kind and will have a variety of textures, or characteristics that are part of the artist’s creative process.
Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings or mobile device displays.
Print Quality Disclaimer
Art prints are produced using high-quality printing methods. Please note: Colors may appear slightly different from what you see on screen.
Apparel Policy
Apparel is printed to order. Please review size charts carefully before ordering. Returns will not be accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Sticker and Greeting Card Policy
Stickers and greeting cards are designed for personal use. Small variations in color, finish or cutting may occur between production batches.
